Kayleigh 83 – she’s primarily a Dreamwidth/Tumblr user where she shares about her custom neighbourhoods but she also does really great speed builds on YouTube! (I follow her on both).
Tea Addict – she has some great ‘how to’ vids as well as some detailed videos about her gameplay in her custom hoods.
RyanPlaysTheSims – he doesn’t limit himself to Sims 2 (he plays all four games) but he does a lot of challenge-style videos and is very entertaining!
Marticore – she does a lot of ‘how to’ vids but I particularly love her long-form series. Currently she has one with all the townies in one hood called Townieville, which is great!
Katatty – wonderful and entertaining Let’s Plays, with an ongoing Uberhood challenge
BellaDovah (hey girl u/BellaDovah) – regular mod updates, fixes, great gameplay suggestions (the Aspiration calculator ?)
Bibi Pixels – super fun & entertaining, great gameplay tips
antisocialbunnysims. – Her videos are very entertaining especially her Asylum series. She also has interesting builds and other mod showcases.
Anibats – I enjoy watching her PV and Downtown Let’s Play series.
Extraayogurt – One of my fave TS2 builders with her own Youtube Channel.
SammySundog – Probably one of my Lets Play creators. The Veronaville series is one my faves.
baddynaddy – I like her play style a lot with her reasoned pleasantview series and she’s relaxing to watch and listen to
sammysundog – so creative with their gameplay and they embrace the chaos of the sims 2, also they stream on twitch
mathis irondil – I always tune in to watch his custom hood series or his neighbourhood “where are they now” vids, also very relaxing to listen to
Leto Mills : gameplay mechanics explanation videos, mod testing that really goes in detail, so good ! And on tumblr : many clothes conversions for custom body types !
Brianna Peppers : I love her uberhood let’s play series & Fairplay hood tours
Ani Bats : I know someone already mentionned her but gosh she’s insanely creative and so good at video-editing, her gameplay ideas are awesome if you like a realist style, her builds are the most beautiful and her storytelling is just chef’s kiss, my favourite ever!
SimShrink : just discovered this channel, the speed builds are SO beautiful !! I can’t wait to see more !

Nervosims – They have a ongoing strangetown series that inspired me to replay strangetown and also building videos of them remaking the homes of pleasantview.
onlyabidoang– sims fun facts and easter eggs, all games
the red plumbomb– does comparisons of various objects/aspects of all sims games. I enjoy watching these in the background while a I clean and whatnot.
minicartTSR– long form Sims 2 gameplay, lots of no/ low commentary.
100simscats– long gameplay with really beautifully designed neighborhoods. Low/ no commentary
Crazymarq– Sims fun facts and more recently, hilarious little challenges/ gameplay
historical simmer– Victorian style gameplay. Also explains some fun modded objects like candle making or beekeeping.
Purple River – BEAUTIFUL community lots, apartments, and Sims for downloads
y2sims – retextured hairs from all over the place, I swear she has over 1000 hairs at this point!
cornyregans – amazing default replacements with a lot of 4t2 and 3t2 conversions
keoni – Sims, hairs, clothing, etc. I use a lot of her cc in all my hoods
malvernsims – more default clothing which gives your Sims fresh, modern apparel
Fia – I love her sense of style and color and always have!
