Kelly tells Luz she doesn't think they should see each other any more. Luz already knows this of course.

Since they can't really go anywhere & they have champagne & a faux bear rug (Luz wouldn't lie on a dead animal for anyone!) Luz & Kelly indulge in one last night of passion.

Neither of them says so, but it was mutually unsatisfying. Luz is certain she is over Kelly now. She grabs another glass of champagne before crawling exhausted into bed.Since this 'weekend' went so bad they're calling it quits & going home tomorrow.

Almost as soon as Luz gets home the next day, Heather calls her & asks her to come out shopping with her. They meet at the spa on Sunset Strip & get a smoothie.

Heather breaks down & tells her how she saw the guy she's seeing hugging some other girl at the Rage Cage. Luz tells her that is pretty typical of men. Heather insists this guy is different, and might even be her soul mate. "Be careful, Heather," Luz warns her friend.

Heather wants to buy new lingerie because she's taking a trip with him. Luz sighs to herself, wishing this is what she had in Palm Springs & envying the the no good jerk Heather is wasting herself on.

Luz tells Heather about her trip to Palm Springs & how it helped her get over her obsession for Kelly. "Maybe your trip can help you get over this guy, too!" she optimistically suggests.
